This design is based off of the Japanese Tsuno Bukuro which dates back to the late 19th/ early 20th century. The style of Bukuro, “Tsuno” is named for it’s horn/like ties.
Our Tsuno Bukuro Hybrid features a flat, rectangular base and removable up-cycled hardware which allow for a fully reversible design. The shell is available in either genuine leather, or remnant UPC faux leather. The reverse is 100% Cotton. Made by hand in Chicago, Illinois.
